三餐內容
早餐:御飯糰*2+無糖豆漿 OR 饅頭夾蛋+蘿蔔糕+無糖豆漿
午餐:subway一份(不加美乃滋)+無糖飲料
晚餐:皮蛋瘦肉粥 or 關東煮(500卡的量) or 鍋燒冬粉(少量.不加沙茶) +20元水果一包
其他:午晚餐可能對調 (每天喝水 3-4大杯),斟酌吃多吃少,一定吃到基代
日常作息時間:大概 早上9點醒 晚上12點前睡
生活型態:等當兵的死大四
運動習慣:每周3天 : X-BIKE 60分鐘(重4-5 轉速32)
1天 : 慢跑5KM
我的問題:
主要是菜單待批,之前從78減到70,
後來自己懶惰沒運動,8個月胖4KG
這次想減到65左右,並養成良好運動習慣
