三餐內容
早餐:脫脂牛奶加约兩百克麥片
午餐:一碗白飯、一碟青菜和一小塊雞胸肉
晚餐:脫脂牛奶或無糖豆漿、生菜沙拉不加沙拉醬和水果
其他:(可免填)
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)7點起床,1點睡覺
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)等死的大學生
運動習慣:每天飛輪15KM或是慢跑5KM,大多在30~50鐘完成
心跳頻率大都維持在140上下
高中時候有做輕微的重訓

我很久沒重訓,肌肉有點鬆垮
所以想要減一點肌肉掉
我這行程已經走了兩個禮拜了
只有略瘦一點點
不知道兩個月內有沒有辦法減掉十公斤阿?
