日常作息時間:半夜一兩點睡 早上9點起床(但最近開始運動後 還沒12點就想睡了)
生活型態:學生
運動習慣:早上去健身房 都使用跑步機比較多 一次大約快走一小時
我的問題:
1.量體脂的時候17我也嚇到 怎麼會偏低?是壞掉嗎?那我想減體脂 是還要不要減 囧
看看我的肚子 想必版上胖過的人 都可以瞭解...彎腰撿東西 突然卡住的感覺XD
所以明天去健身房 我決定再去量一次體脂(小聲問:如果還是17那我要怎麼減重?
減肌肉嗎?)
2.爬了版 瞭解吃東西還是要吃到基礎代謝以後 決定開始計算每天的熱量 可是要計算
食物的熱量真的很困擾我 再加上某些調理的類型 例如炸和煎類的東西要避免
所以要挑選食物變的很麻煩 再加上因為住外面 想要吃蔬菜 可是自助餐都好油
(大哭)想請問有沒有人可以推薦我一些比較好的選擇
3.版上看不少文章後 我想減指 可是不想減掉我的肌肉 因為我覺得肌肉的線條
其實還蠻漂亮的XD 所以不要減掉肌肉的方法就是做重訓 我的問題來了....
因為我沒有這方面的基礎 早上去的時候 好像也沒有教練(不是他的上班時間)
想問一下 要怎麼先熱身? 然後怎麼訓練才不會受傷 那天趁著沒人的時候偷偷跑
去玩了一下器材 可能是平常沒在動吧 我也只用了1.2的重量 我的手臂就掛點了XD
4.因為才開始不到一星期 所以剛開始會酸會痛是正常的吧? 以前是不過12點不會想睡覺
自從開始跑健身房運動後 不用12點就不行了 當然早上早起也是有影響啦
我都是10點多去健身房 九點起床
話說我去健身房的第一天 下午上課整個就不行了XD
