體重:66
體脂:30左右
小妹之前大概58kg左右,體脂30,今年因為工作忙錄所以胖了QQ最近想來認真運動加上減
脂,想請問各位大大這樣的飲食ok嗎
早餐: 葡萄柚ㄧ顆加ㄧ顆茶葉蛋,黑咖啡
午餐: subway香烤雞肉堡不加起司,不加醃漬類,加ㄧ點甜蔥醬+無糖茶類
晚餐:自己煎不加油牛排,生菜100g,烤香菇四朵,烤茄子30g,偶爾喝五十嵐紅茶拿鐵不
加糖中杯
運動:腳踏車機10min+跑步機20min(3km),三組四種手臂重訓
今年真的胖太多了唉,請問有需要加強的地方嗎
