調整飲食一段時間後就不想吃垃圾食物了 - 減肥

這是我最近發現的狀況,不知道大家會不會這樣。
前陣子因為在準備考試,平常下課後都衝補習班,
因為時間表很緊完全沒有時間自己煮飯,
都是吃補習班附近的便當當成正餐,
然後一整天早上八點起床到十點都耗在書桌前,結束一天的課業後也沒體力運動了,
小妹就這樣直線增重七公斤變胖妹Q_Q
考完試之後想減肥,
可是除了運動之外飲食都沒做什麼調整,所以幾乎沒有什麼成效,
之後再也受不了一直被人家笑發胖,
除了搭配有氧(慢跑、瑜珈)跟在家裡徒手重訓外,
飲食也調整成自己在家煮,
每天大概都吃到基礎代謝,攝取大量青菜跟白肉,
盡量少油少鹽,吃一些堅果補充好的油質,
中間要是餓了就吃自己做的沙拉或是水果止飢,
晚餐通常就水煮不同的青菜跟海鮮配一碗白飯。
飲食調整後朋友才慢慢開始說我好像沒有前陣子這麼胖了。
剛開始這樣吃的時候真的超痛苦的,
覺得自己很像小鳥還是羊,早餐吃麥片晚餐吃這種完全沒味道的東西,
每天都想吃蛋糕蛋塔鬆餅薯條馬卡龍之類的小甜點,
到最後沒辦法只好把instagram上常常發表美食照片的帳號unfollow,
不然都會忍不住去買這些高熱量的點心來吃。
大概維持一兩個月之後再看到人家分享這些美食照,
只會覺得「哇好好吃的樣子!」
然後就開始想等等要來煮我的水煮青菜跟雞胸肉了(?)
發這篇文是想鼓勵一下剛開始調整飲食習慣的人,
一開始不吃那些又香又油的食物真的會覺得超痛苦的,
但過陣子就會習慣了,而且你還會覺得外面賣的東西都太油了味道太重了吃起來很可怕。
