其實我到現在還不太習慣自己的樣子,
要越過兩台車中間,
還是會忍不住習慣性側身,
洗澡時還是習慣擠六大圈沐浴乳,
洗臉要擠10元硬幣的洗面乳,
粉底液直接壓八下XDDDDDD
雖然很多看過我以前樣子的人都會說:
「瘦很多!」「現在這樣很好看。」「漂亮~」「差很多!」「好瘦!」
但對於第一次認識我、第一次看到我的人,
他們還是會很直接的說:
「太胖了!」「要減肥啦!」「瘦一點比較好看~」
「妳都沒想過要減肥嗎?」(XDDDD聽到這句真是哭笑不得 哈哈)
講話比較酸的人甚至會說出:
「還是很胖啊!肥婆~」「那麼胖了還吃啊?不要再吃了!」
不過,
開始接觸運動之後的我,
或許是因為所謂腦內啡的關係,
比較能夠不去在意那些閒言閒語了,
即使一堆人說我是整型、抽脂、隆乳...
啊,隨便啦!
反正我知道自己是靠自己的毅力和決心走到今天的,
嘴巴長在其它人身上,
我又不可能作一堆饅頭去塞住他們的嘴,
所以就... Let it go XDDDDD
將近一年前還是個貨真價實的超級大厚片妞XD
162公分
113.7公斤(最重時應該有超過120...)
BMI43.4
體脂6x%左右
46~48腰....
穿6L工作褲(遮臉)
現在的我
一樣162公分
71~72公斤
Bmi27.x
體脂40.x~42.x%
30腰
穿XL窄裙 (Unixxx家的窄裙可以穿到L 甚至M)
沒有任何激進或不科學的方法
單純就是運動 + 算卡路里的飲食控制法
之前有在健身房時隔一天會作重訓
然後就踩踩固定單車
重訓和有氧並進~
目前就是踩x bike的有氧為主
然後還有戶外慢跑
在家時隔幾天會作肌力訓練 (棒式、深蹲、舉水瓶 等等)
目前雖然在緩慢的停滯期(大約停了四個多月吧XD)
體重上上下下
但至少體脂控制在一個範圍內
而且我飲食除了早餐吃麥片外
幾乎完全沒有控制
所以
還能維持這樣
我已經可以偷笑了(喂)
目前主要先不求降體重
只希望運動能讓體態變好一些
體脂率再降低一點
滿多人都說恢復正常生活後
維持是最困難的
所以我想我現在就在努力的找到平衡點

只有最適合自己的減肥方法
只要有一個方法
是自己能夠接受 也能持續下去的
這就是最好的減肥方法
每個人的減肥方法都只能作參考
最重要是要依自己的生活方式、型態、習慣
去調整 找出 最適合自己的方式
