減肥要先重訓還是先有氧? - 減肥

在這邊的精華區和一些討論的文章都看過了
也跑到musclebeach板那邊的精華區看過了
還是覺得很混亂到底要先重訓還是先有氧
似乎大部分都是支持先做重訓
理由主要是"先消耗血液中份以及肝醣"
好在血糖較低的狀況下進行有氧運動以消脂
還有看到原因是跑完有氧會消耗部分體力,
所以在有氧過後重訓會無法達到最大重量值
可是如果先重訓在有氧
先說重訓可能無法迅速且完全消耗糖分,
有人會說高強度低組數效果會比較好,糖份消耗較快
但若做高強度低組數的狀況下,同樣會消耗掉不少的體力
同樣會影響到有氧的表現
這方面似乎還滿矛盾的@@?
我自己是都先有氧再重訓為主,
畢竟我個人做重訓主要只是為了維持基本肌力,沒有要特別訓練的意思
有板上的人有經驗要現身說法嗎@@?
