中餐:一個便當(三樣菜+肉)
肉會找非油炸的
晚上:我真的不知道要吃什麼 有什麼推薦嗎??
運動部份:目前我都步行上課 大概可以走十分鐘 晚上會去操場快走4000公尺吧
這樣有什麼地方要改正嗎
