早餐:無
午餐:7-11算熱量800卡
晚餐:在家吃飯都是一碗白飯配一些菜
日常作息時間:日夜顛倒= =
生活型態:準備考試的學生
運動習慣:每天踏步機踩700卡
我的問題:
小弟是屬於從小胖到大的胖子
身高174
高中曾經胖到115
後來高三一年不知不覺瘦了10公斤
升大學的時候
從考前一個月開始開始減肥
但是當時不懂所以是用絕食來減肥
一天只吃一餐
都吃半碗飯加一些自助餐的菜
考完的暑假也是如此
中間還有輕微的貧血過
生平第一次感覺到眼前一黑倒地是什麼感覺...
想當然爾瘦得很快
到大學入學就減到80公斤
然後大一又有陸續的減
花了4個月瘦到70
但是好景不常
升大二的時候出車禍
加上後面2年突然開始睡不好覺
每天做夢到天亮
所以身體就越來越多毛病
又長期服用消炎藥
本來就有胃潰瘍的我
胃一痛就只好吃東西
後來畢業
當兵判定是替代役體位
這時體重已經103了
也驗出因為脂肪肝造成肝指數高達120
後來的一年替代役生活
每天就像是在上班不停的幫公務單位做事
幾乎整天都做在椅子上
還必須幫一些少數不負責任的長官趕他們的業績
下班就大吃大喝
中間幾次回家量體重都是110
想說沒胖
去年10月退伍了
家人都說我變胖很多很多
就量了一下
還是110
結果發現...
我家的電子秤最高只顯示到110
立馬去買新的
結果一量是....124
小弟深感大事不妙
再這樣下去連命都沒了= =
所以開始積極的計畫減肥
有了之前的經驗
這次決定配上運動 避免過度減少飲食對健康的壓榨
從去年的11/13開始到前天1/30為止
每天都只吃1600卡(中午都吃7-11和全家算熱量,晚上在家都只吃一小碗飯配菜)
然後踩踏步機700卡
這樣每天的基礎代謝量2800-1600=1200
踏步機顯示消耗熱量700*體重係數1.5=1050
每消耗7700卡可以減一公斤
第一次量體重是去年12/31
原本以為可以減到110
但是卻只減到114
然後第二是量體重是前天1/29
只減到110.5
真的挺讓小弟灰心的呀
但是就計算而言每天平均算2100好了
現在體重也應該在103左右
但是何以會不如期望呢?
究竟是便利商店的熱量表不準還是踏步機快樂表呢= =?
還是身體有什麼防衛機制呢?
懇請板上的大大知道原因的能替小弟解惑和給我一些建議好嗎?
