減肥遇到了瓶頸 - 減肥

我是個男生 從去年9月開始減肥到現在
中間試過飲食控制和重訓、慢跑、單車、游泳
算是小有成果,不過一直有件事情困擾著我...
就是肚子一直瘦不太下來,還是肉肉的...用手捏都一大塊
胸部的部份有點鬆然後看起來尖尖的(很醜 崩潰~~)
手臂感覺沒什麼肌肉也鬆鬆的,只有腿看起來稍微健壯一點
從身體組成分析得來的數據我的體脂和肌肉量看起來是不差的
但大家總是沒有辦法把我本人跟數據對在一起-_-讓我有點小失落...
感覺我身上的脂肪跟肌肉分佈太不平均了 都會有幾個部位特別肥這樣
最近的運動大概是 慢跑70% 單車20% 重訓10%
我知道可能要把重訓的比例調高些或許會有所改變
不過本身實在是對重訓提不起太大的興趣...
所以想請教一下版娘&各位版友們
有沒有什麼好的建議能夠改變現況?
像是除了重訓之外的方法...或是讓重訓變有趣之類的?
