雖然說減肥已經是1年多前的事了
一年多前才接觸這個版
然後才知道減肥要吃飽多動
減的才健康
有氧搭配較不油膩的飲食
減的才是脂肪
花了半年減了6~7公斤
當時靠的就是跑步+不油膩的飲食
目前是61kg 體脂8.5左右
不過看看我現在肚子上的皺皮
(等等有圖)
又讓我想到以前那種不健康的減肥方式
以前我減肥是 吃很少,是真得很少,連喝水都覺得會胖
所以減肥就是靠吃超少
有時後一個禮拜就可以下降個2~3公斤
還沾沾自喜
那時後靠這種方法減了10幾公斤吧
就從76->62
不過想當然爾 之後又復胖啦
62->81
接著又靠一次這種方法從81->68
肚皮就在這好幾次的快速縮放之後.... 鬆掉啦~~~
最後醒悟了
靠著爬版上的文章
了解正確觀念才從68->59
(現在因為有在重訓的關係,維持在61左右)
不過肚皮還是這樣....

想說一定要1個禮拜減個1kg以上
因為是過來人,所以我真的覺得
減肥慢慢來
讓你肚子的皮可以去適應你脂肪消掉的那個速度
如果當初我一開始不要用那種不健康的減肥方式...
如果一開始就健康的慢慢減...
如果當初早點發現這個版
如果如果如果 太多如果了
反證也沒辦法改變事實
所以來告誡現在正要"開始起步"的人
才不會跟我一樣阿.....

最後偷問一下
像這種皺掉的皮
到底有沒有機會變緊阿......
因為也減肥完一年多了(這一年多都有在重訓)
他還是這樣鬆鬆的 XD....
