減肥遇到瓶頸了 - 減肥

3月到現在110->90kg
但下降的速度明顯變漫了
尤其這個月幾乎才1公斤
這3個月每天做的事情都差不多
三餐自己煮
早上起來30有氧
下午重訓完後40分有氧
但明顯遇到撞牆期了
看到有種說法是要調整課表
中間要PIG OUT個一周
不然身體熟悉就比較沒效率..
是這樣的嗎?
