生活型態:上班族,每天很規律的生活
健康狀況:是
運動習慣:慢跑40分鐘,心跳數約140~160左右,持續1年,一個星期至少一次
本大叔是個資深鄉民,從來沒想過要減肥,因為以前的體重都是維持在74kg左右。
但是上個月體檢非現有重度脂肪肝,體重也報表到79kg
加上年紀有了想要更健康一點,所以最近想要積極的減重
我給自己訂的目標是在12月底前能夠減到70kg以下,符合BMI標準。
但是覺得身體已經大不如前,然後每天的運動時間有限。
想請問版友我最近的運動量跟飲食能夠怎樣改變比較有可能達到我的目標。
從八月底開始,
每天早上吃兩個水煮蛋或是茶葉蛋外加全家的大冰美。
中午就員工餐,自助餐或是一碗麵。
最後7點前吃晚餐,現在改三樣菜跟肉,量約一個飯碗的量
運動就每天跑4km,扶立挺身 40下,仰臥起坐 40下,運動時間約40-50分鐘。
想請問專業的鄉民,這個菜單有機會在12月底前減到10公斤左右嗎?
我知道我這個菜單在很多人眼中應該也是不及格的,但是這是我現在能夠做到的
因為我的生活很規律,也沒有辦法多很多時間運動。
現在是希望下個月能夠增強到運動一小時。
大家有什麼建議。
