大家好
媽媽一直都有體重超重的問題,平時飲食習慣不會吃重油重鹹,在他觀念裡熱量高的東西
都很少吃(例如:泡麵、鮮奶油、起司等等),前陣子健檢除了肥胖引起的問題以外都沒
有其他異常,他最近開始勤奮減肥,大約實施3週,每天快走一小時+168斷食,她會看網
路上人家分享的文章:吃一個拳頭的量、喝阿黛兒的減肥果汁、買什麼激瘦產品等等各種
減肥法(我超無言)。
上週她去看了醫院的減肥門診,回來以後我問他醫生說了什麼,醫生也只是告訴他多運動
少吃還有哪些東西不能吃,好像也沒有針對個人的身體狀況調整,然後開羅鮮子給他吃。
減肥門診本來就只有開減肥藥而已嗎,不會針對個人狀況告知比較適合的減肥方法嗎,像
基代多少,一天至少吃多少卡路里,需要做什麼運動等等。感覺在減肥方面找運動教練的
效果都比醫生來的健康,這個情況是正常的嗎?
