加入WORLDGYM運動也一段時間
一週去二到三次左右
但最近覺得有點瘦不下去
不知道是不是因為動完吃太多
又或是太晚進食(但沒辦法下班很晚)
想要從飲食方面改善
也有嘗試了版上推薦的168斷食法
不過晚上真的超餓會忍不住吃東西
或是因為工昨時間不定
沒辦法完整實施168斷食法
後來爬文發現有更新的442斷食法?

主要就是每餐跟每餐間隔4小時
最後一餐需要在2小時消化完
所以目前打算嚴格控管自己的飲食量
但晚餐還是會吃
通常會是以下
早餐--一顆水煮蛋或一根香蕉
午餐--雞胸肉或魚肉健康餐盒X1
晚餐--不吃澱粉,只吃一點青菜果腹或是吃地瓜
打算先這樣嘗試看看
也有人試過442斷食法嗎?
或是有其他方法也可以討論
