減脂 - 健身

最近有板友的心得說,
他有陣子很操有氧,但吃得不多
結果體脂幾乎沒什麼降,
後來注重少量多餐,改變方法才開始降,
很好奇這是為什麼??
因為照理說如果攝取有到基代,
然後一天總消耗>吸收
又有做有氧,
那就算降低的速率比較慢,
也一定會有所成果吧?
