小弟想減脂
有爬過文清楚說減脂似乎只能靠有氧
礙於還是個學生
明年要考試
因此今年的暑假不能過得太優閒
要上課 導致自己的時間被壓縮了很多
所以有空閒能運動的時間幾乎都會選擇自己比較喜歡的籃球
打球如果每天打的話
跑步或游泳可能每2周1.2次而已吧
想請問打球減脂的效果如何? 還是根本沒辦法減脂= =?
假設跑步的話應該跑持續幾分鐘以上才會達到減脂的效果而不至於白跑?
