從三月開使到現在都有運動,一個禮拜三到四次踩腳踏車(室內的)每次一小時,有時跟踏步機交換做,有拉筋,吊腿偶爾,但是三月時和現在小腿圍一樣35 不動如山QQ 請問要怎麼瘦阿.....
