因為工作關係大概都2點多睡到隔天12點
所以醒來都直接吃午餐
午餐都隨便吃 便當 定食什麼的 然後晚上會去跑步30分鐘 跑完以麥片當晚餐
一包北海道鮮奶麥片是121大卡 然後加大概2湯匙的桂格麥片
如果那天特別餓就多加半匙
不知道這樣熱量會不會太高?
還有呀…想請問長頭髮女生們跑完步都會洗頭嗎?
每次洗完吹完頭流的汗好像跟剛跑完沒兩樣
而且一天洗兩次頭好怕會傷到頭皮和頭髮喲><
