如題,我這週一早上空腹時體重是72.7KG,而我今天早上量已經變成71.9KG了,中間這幾
天量也是每天掉0.2~0.3KG左右,但這四天已經掉超過72.7KG的1%了,而這禮拜還有幾天
,雖然也有可能接下來幾天回升但我有點擔心會不會減太快導致肌肉流失
