穿短褲的日子又要來了(天啊)
跟大家分享我每次覺得吃太多時
其中一餐就會改成這個湯
營養又好喝
吃著好吃的東西減肥
維持身材就不會那麼難了
材料
香菇
金針菇
野菇
大蕃茄一顆

大蕃茄切塊煮
將皮夾起來

加入百菇
加入一小匙鹽跟胡椒調味
加入蛋液煮2分鐘
灑上蔥花
完成

大番茄含醣低,對於血糖波動影響較小,是臨床醫師推薦的食物。
若要減肥,也建議吃大番茄,能增進飽足感,且不易發胖
