各位前輩們好
因為考試體檢的關係
需要在短時間內再減少體重
目前身高 179 體重 98 體脂 27%
運動的話就是 每周 重訓六天 天天都會游泳一個小時
早餐吃燕麥+水
午餐 200g雞胸肉 綠花椰 100g 五穀米100g
晚餐 同上
需要在40天內大量減重的我
是該開始單純吃綠花 跟小黃瓜 硬是不吃到基代
還是該吃到基代 然後加強有氧
如果以現在體脂 27% 他是指100公斤裡面有27公斤是油
那我是不是只要把體脂降到 20%左右 就可以少掉約7公斤的重量呢?
想知道哪一個會比較好
