用trx訓練小肌群是否能增肌 - 健身

各位巨巨大家好
大家都知道trx是比較偏向訓練肌耐力
以及深層核心肌群的部分, 對運動員來說是個很好的選擇
可以增加訓動表現, 是比較屬於功能性的訓練器材
但對小肌群來說, 自身體重對肌肥大來說其實已經算是肌足夠的負荷
訓練時身體角度大一點小肌群可以做到7~8rm甚至5~6
有沒有人做過實驗用trx訓練二三頭會不會有肌肥大的效果呢?
理論上來說應該是可行吧!?
