減脂時應該先確保蛋白質還是熱量 - 健身

大家好 小弟目前在減脂中
今天突然有一個無法避免的飯局必須要去
問題來了 目前到本日設定的熱量上限大約還有700大卡 設定的蛋白質攝取量還有80克左
右
通常我是訓練完後用高蛋白和雞胸補足蛋白質攝取量 再用地瓜來補足熱量缺口
但由於臨時有飯局 該如何做抉擇呢
是該爆卡 但蛋白質吃足量
還是控制熱量 就不補充蛋白質呢?
飯局地點是屬於高碳水高脂肪的店家 一餐吃完蛋白質攝取量肯定不夠 請問我該如何抉擇

備註:蛋白質我的攝取量是除脂體重*3來當作每日攝取量
