各位巨巨大家好,
先附上我四月跟九月的inbody,
滿個月都有量,全貼上的話太多張了。
四月inbody

飲食的部分
網路上的計算機算出我的TDEE大約是3000卡,
我持續超過半年每天都只吃1900大卡,
蛋白質每天攝取都180g以上。
運動的部分,
每週五至六天重訓,
以胸背腿手做循環,
硬舉深蹲臥推肩推會有3x5的大重量訓練,
輔助項則4x10。

問題,
1. 最近三個月以來,肌肉持續下降,是因為吃太少的關係嗎?
2. 減脂期間重量都沒辦法有效提升,一直卡關是因為什麼呢?
