減脂的時候肌肉量問題 - 健身

2020 8月份的時候 本人體重到達160kg,那時候想說先減脂,所以沒量inbody,靠著重訓與飲食控制瘦到116kg時有去量inbody,4個月後106公斤又再量,想請問正常減脂時的肌肉量會怎麼浮動。
目前飲食就是多吃肉與蔬菜,碳水少吃、多喝水戒糖。
訓練的話一週練5天到6天,臥推、深蹲、背、肩、硬舉、戰繩、農夫走。不過目前自認訓練量不是很大。
