最近在增肌減食,重訓+有氧+飲食調整全部一起來。
但是過了3個禮拜了,開始出現很多 怠惰期,有時候甚至沒什麼動力...
1. 健身房重訓,去1天就會以肌肉酸痛為由,想要休息一天,隔天再去。
2. 有時想跑操場,有時想跑跑步機。覺得跑跑步機比較容易,因為機器一直轉,會強
迫你的腳動起來,而且還有燃燒卡路里的顯示。但是今天突然有點想跑操場,
結果到了操場,跑了一圈,覺得好累,很提不起勁。就....走回機車上去吃晚餐了。
有點覺得丟臉,都到操場開始跑了,居然很累就停了。但是如果一直跑跑步機,怕
變成只會跑跑步機的人……嗚嗚
3. 晚餐最近都用「電鍋煮雞胸肉+青菜」($40) 再加去自助餐包「3菜1白飯」($40)回
家,這樣當一餐。但有時候冰箱裡沒肉了,懶得再買,就先吃外食。
4. 有時候早餐吃完可以撐到晚上再吃,這樣可以嗎?(省一餐的熱量XD)
5. 有一次宵夜時很餓,就泡了「桂格大燕麥片」+牛奶+茶葉蛋+紫菜湯。結束後還是
很餓……另外一次是去吃300卡的泡麵,結果吃完還是餓,受不了了就去買炸薯條。
【食物】
自己煮的食物,怎麼樣比較方便啊?大家會一次把食物煮好幾餐的量放冰箱嗎?
【運動】
大家怎麼讓自己的運動能夠長期的?有什麼樣的習慣嗎?
或是有用任何方法,讓自己能夠樂在其中的嗎?
