巨巨們好
這是我一個半月前跟今天的inbody比較

減脂第一天開始就吃得很乾淨
不碰飲料跟炸物
一天會自己弄一餐
蛋白質每天都有吃到體重兩倍
TDEE是用網路的計算機去算的
然後搭配myfitnesspal控制熱量
重訓也還是持續一個禮拜三四天
不知道這樣45天左右瘦了4公斤
這樣速度會不會太快
脂肪減了3.5kg(體脂19.4%->15.4%)
骨骼肌掉了0.4kg
想問一下巨巨們
接下來就繼續這個步調
還是可以稍微再多吃一點?
