減重三個月後維持心得 - 美體

一開始是以運動加控制飲食減重,每天跑約30分鐘,加上只吃三餐不吃其他零食,還有
不喝糖,每餐熱量控制在800卡左右,這樣子一個月就瘦了4公斤,持續兩個月後再瘦2公
斤。
可是第三個月卻因為肌肉拉傷不能在跑了,因此開始練肌肉,仰臥起坐加伏地挺身,每
次約做20~30分鐘,沒想到這樣搞了一個月竟然沒有變胖,而且腹肌整個很明顯的出來,
已經有六個膧膧的肌肉。建議想維持身材卻不能跑步的人可以試著練腹肌,感覺都不會
變胖的。
