最近在搜尋相關減重的議題
有些文章都有說到
什麼開始減重兩三個月
體重停滯沒有下降
就是身體會進入節能模式(代謝下降)?
結果最近看到史考特醫師的說明
他都拿出真正醫學研究的期刊論文來說
結果結論是根本沒有什麼身體進入節能模式
重點就是
體重停滯不下降就代表
現在沒有熱量赤字
要嘛作弊餐太多(鬆懈了)
不然就是熱量計算錯誤
或是忽略自己吃一些零食的熱量
導致以為自己進入節能模式
他拿出的研究結果有說到
把受試人關在嚴格控制飲食的機構裡面
這些人就沒有出現體重停滯
而放他們自己在家做控制飲食
就會出現體重停滯
另外他也說了
真正體重停滯要持續減重超過一年才有出現...
