減重後再增肌問題請教 - 健身

大家都說增肌後 再停止訓練 掉下來的肌肉
恢復訓練之後會很快的長回來
我想問的是假如一個人本來有大體重
假設是115kg 體脂35% 骨骼肌40kg
飲食控制加適當運動減完重後剩75kg
體脂22% 骨骼肌因為減重的關係不可避免的掉到30kg
那他從30kg增肌到40kg的肌肉量
會比原本就是75kg的人增肌來的快嗎?
