減重有成效,但體脂不減反增 - 健身

看了很多文章,目前使用的方法是:
1、吃原型食物為主,不吃糖,少吃澱粉。
2、每週重訓2天,一次1小時。
3、平常在家會做深蹲及棒式。
三餐:
早上不吃,中午吃2顆蛋、雞胸肉、紫米飯。
晚餐正常吃,乾麵跟青菜湯,或福隆便當。
每天熱量攝取不超過1600大卡,約接近基代。
假日就正常吃,可能吃到2000卡。
運動:
每週健身房重訓2次,主要練上身跟大腿,
目前手臂跟大腿明顯變壯有肌肉。
肚子仍舊一團肉,估計都是內臟脂肪。
執行了一個月,體重減少6公斤,
體脂一直在20%-22%間,完全沒變少。
請問我的問題在哪,要如何減脂,謝謝。
