減重若不減脂肪、不減肌肉,減掉的是什麼? - 健身

小女子開始訓練已2年時間,
看見之前肌肉海灘版在討論以解鎖引體向上來說,「減重」比「增肌」來得有效率。
ex. 小孩子可以實力引體向上1下以上,是因為體重輕。
因此異想天開,萌生:若想精進單槓體操項目,「減重」或許會相對有效率!?
好奇問,「假設」想在保留體脂、骨骼肌不變的條件下減重(當然知道不可能),
減掉的重量都會是水分嗎?
除了水分之外,還有什麼?
一般減重都會以水分、體脂肪、骨骼肌當作變數。應該不可能減到血液跟骨架?
會有這樣的假設是基於本身體脂跟骨骼肌都不高,附上本人inbody

BTW,我不會真的去減重啦,精進體操還是會以增加力量為主 XD
