減量週做其他訓練? - 健身

如題
上禮拜發現有點過度訓練的傾向後,馬上就開始減量訓練,這禮拜快過完了感覺只好一點
想說做其他訓練取代減量,例如做藥球砸牆,這種全身都能運動到的效果不錯
我還不是很清楚減量週具體是要做什麼,要休多久之類的
一週都做藥球或壺鈴取代減量訓練可行嗎?
純減量我不知道為什麼一個部位做2.3組就累了,可能身體還沒恢復,但我已經調很輕了
如果是藥球或壺鈴就不用做重,全身也能練到
減量週有其他安排嗎?想參考前輩們的做法,感謝
