昨天在健身房,看到一位男性,
目測體型大概165/65,四肢瘦瘦的,
挺著一個肥肚子,體脂可能破30。
看他做史密斯,竟然直接掛了80kg上去,準備要握推,
想說真是人不可貌相,看起來感覺實力普普,
竟然可以推到這個重量。
結果沒想到,他的練法卻是:
手肘180度 → 手肘160度 →手肘180度 → 手肘160度
這樣的反覆「震盪」,約略振了5~10下。
而在「震盪」的過程,叫得很大聲就算了,
振完後暴然起身,環顧四週,臉上充滿得意的神情,
更是一絕,看得我都傻了。
不知道大家看到這樣的同好,
會想好心去提醒他嗎?
與其做很重,讓姿勢整個跑掉,
不如做輕一點,確保每一下都扎扎實實。
