各位好
上個月開始進行減脂
今天差不多快一個月
最近照鏡子身體線條變的比以前好看
也有人說看起來瘦了
所以滿心歡喜的去測inbody
沒想到測了之後大受打擊
體脂肪升好多
有點不知道怎麼進行接下來的菜單
這是剛開始減脂的

運動主要為皮拉提斯、trx、懸吊核心,沒有進行重訓
早餐是便利商店御飯糰或是地瓜+雞胸肉或蛋+無糖豆漿
平常午餐自己煮,通常是藜麥+白米或糙米,雞胸肉或豬小里肌,還有煎豆腐跟炒青菜
如果有運動的話,平常是會在運動前兩個小時喝豆漿配地瓜,運動後再喝牛奶配米森的麥
片穀物
沒有運動的晚餐就是一般小吃店,但會主食減半
請問我該從哪裡開始調整?
