游泳完的營養補充 - 健身

各位安安
因為最近天氣熱
把減脂運動的跑步換成了游泳
時間也從40分鐘拉長到2小時左右
想問一下通常游泳完的營養補充有特別需要注意什麼嘛
因為我通常是早上或是傍晚去游
游完大概1小時就會吃午餐或晚餐
所以想問一下
有人建議 一游完先喝點低脂牛奶或無糖豆漿
過一會兒再吃晚餐
不知道大家都是怎麼調整呢
另外想問問
游泳完會比較餓是正常嗎
以前跑步完還好
但游泳完感覺東西特別好吃
都會差點要吃過量 XDDD
