每天下班都會去游泳
一次最少1000公尺
最多1500公尺
有時候早晚各1000
一個禮拜最多4天最少3天
已經這樣持續一個多月以上了
但是始終看不到效果耶~~~
很灰心><
不是說游泳瘦身效果最明顯的嗎???
我覺得我最大的問題是新陳代謝很慢
但我有努力喝水,可能還是不夠多
因為本人之前超不愛喝水的
聽說有氧運動最能加速新陳代謝
游泳不就是最好的有氧運動嗎?
為什麼我都看不到一點點的效果
跟我假日太過於正常吃喝有很大的關係嗎?
麻煩高手指點一下啦!我很認真在減肥耶~
