游泳的強度 - 減肥

小弟目前165cm(全殘)-75kg(殘上加殘)-28y
工作形態是長時間坐著用電腦
目前有透過游泳來減肥
早上6:00-7:35 - 2000m以上(不計熱身的200m) - 約 1小時10分
晚上6:00-8:45 - 4000m以上(不計熱身的200m) - 約 2小時25分
只會弱弱的蛙式(發現大蛙速度快換氣次數較少)
想請問這樣能消耗多少卡路里阿??
另外,游4000m時大概都會在3000m左右沒力沒力的fu
可以透過什麼方法解決阿??
