近一年來胖了不少決定減肥,過去嘗試過跑步是有一定成效,大概是一次跑4000m約20分
鐘跑完,但覺得跑步實在有些乏味決定游泳。
我只游自由式,現在給自己菜單是下水後先600m熱身,之後休息20s後一口氣游1.5km,休
息第二次後來發衝刺100m就結束收工,這樣總共約2.2km左右,大概1小時內完成。
游完泳基本上只會想喝水,不會有特別餓的感覺。 摸自己肚子是有變結實了,只是上面
還有一層肥油。
不過礙於工作和上課因素一週約2~3次,只是覺得量還不夠,這樣量還可嗎?
