其實只是個人心得
我想每個人對於瘦身或是雕塑身材的方法都不同
版上大推的跑步其實不太適合我
因為我有舊傷不適合 跑步會讓我肌肉痠痛很厲害
所以跑步我不好維持 常常跑個20分鐘就覺得到達極限好累要回家了
至於游泳我在高中因為體育老師要求嚴格
自由式 蛙式 仰式 都會游 不過沒有非常標準啦XD
游泳之前我都只游個半小時就上岸
不會太累 但效果就是體重維持住 偶爾可以吃大餐這樣
不過自從有一次 興致一來游了1.5小時 (室內溫水游泳池)
並不是從頭到尾都在游
中間有休息 還有上岸走來走去
回家就發現一件驚人的事情!!!
原本我的大腿兩側那超凸的地方 整個消下去了!?
超感動...> <
從此愛上游泳而且都要游1小時以上
體重變化沒有很明顯 但是身材真的變好看了!:D
不過 運動是需要持之以恆 並且搭配良好的飲食習慣才能瘦身成功的
因為生理期和期中考...等 三週沒有游的下場就是大腿又回去了Q_Q
但是之前一次游1.5小時就讓大腿瘦那麼多的震撼感真的讓我印象深刻
結論
游泳是個好運動!!!
