準備入伍 伏地挺身不太行 - 健身

大概一個月後就要到東北角某新訓中心了..
新兵訓的標準是兩分鐘伏地挺身37下
我一次大概做個25下就不行了
身材也普普 180/69這樣
現在每天大概做6~7組
不過死拼活拼還是一次32下左右QQ
希望能練到45下一次
是強度還不夠嗎?
目前只有做伏地挺身
還是有其他的動作可以幫助加強伏地挺身的持久力?
我朋友入伍前就兩分鐘65下覺得好厲害...
