滑步機 VS 跑步機 - 健身

看著鏡子實在是太誇張
最近真的要好好來努力運動了
所以我買了一年的健身房~~~想用金錢來鼓勵自己運動
(錢都花了,不去太過分了!!)
我的問題是~~
健身房有一台叫做"滑步機"
另外一台叫做"跑步機"
不是有黑色帶子一直跑出來那種,是左右一個踏板,
然後有手把可以讓手有交互運動的機器
兩者使用上感覺滑步機使用時候屁股不會有夾起來的感覺
可是跑步機會有耶~~
那哪一種比較好阿?
我最近才開始運動,禮拜天跑了滑步機半小時 + 腳踏車二十分鐘
休息半小時之後,跳舞一個小時
我就掛了= = 洗澡收工回家~~
結果今天肌肉沒有很酸痛的感覺,只有大腿肌肉很緊繃,
小腿是完全沒有異狀,可能以前操習慣了= =
今天是下班之後去跑了半小時,
心跳實測大概130~150左右,機器竟然還算出我有16X的心跳= =
應該只是歡樂值吧 囧
速度我不會看,機器上面是寫110左右,可是應該不是時速吧.......
總之我是按照板上說的跑到心跳滿快的,
可以講幾個字,可是要說一整句話有點難那種狀況
所以講了一大堆,我的問題是
1. 滑步機 VS 跑步機 哪個好?
2. 這樣一天跑半小時的運動量夠嗎?
我原本是計畫跑一個小時,可是到半小時之後腿就開始抖抖了,
後來十五分鐘只好拉拉筋舒展一下肌肉......收工回家
3. 今天吃的東西,早餐一樣是貝納頌 + 麵包,
中午吃 7-11 便當,改成飯只吃2/3,然後剩下一點菜
下午點心完全沒吃,可是五點開完會餓炸了我就吃了一顆棗子,
晚餐是六點半左右吃的滷肉飯小碗+燙青菜+菜頭湯
大約七點半開始運動
這樣還有哪裡需要改進阿?
我目前的大方向是吃先少一點點一點點,至少先完全不吃宵夜,
然後養成運動的習慣,每天至少半小時以上,慢慢增加
請大家給我一點意見^^ 謝謝
