三餐內容
早餐:厚片土司兩片+一杯紅茶or牛奶
午餐:一碗半的飯跟兩片香菇+半盒豆腐+一碗高麗菜青菜(都自己煮的)
晚餐:味王的紫菜湯*2煮成湯裡面加了一大碗高麗菜+半盒豆腐 湯只有喝一碗
其他:喝水大概只有1000cc還有吃了一小塊糖果...
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
12~1點睡 學生也沒什麼活動
早上有課大概8:30起床 沒課大概10點半起床....
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)

運動習慣:
快走半個小時(大概是2800m)

過年腫了很多
可是最近是這樣子吃
好像都沒有消的跡象
因為我是那種易胖易瘦型的
通常這樣子一兩天應該會消下去說....
如果照這樣子吃的話會變瘦嗎?!!??
還是說有什麼應該還可以再加強的><"
最胖的地方再肚子跟臀部大腿那裡
西洋梨身材吧...ˊˋ
這輩子也希望能夠再瘦一次!!!>"<~~~!!!!!
