滑步機(橢圓機 交叉機)腳底板會麻? - 健身

本人去了半年的健身房,一直是在踩健身車和拉划船機,
只是想讓自己變瘦一點,靈活一點,因為我喜歡打網球想找適合的訓練方式,

問題1:
我平常會用健身車做一些飛輪的動作,因為我上了二堂飛輪課(體驗,免費的),
後來上網查教學影片,自己學習飛輪站姿平路和爬坡的動作,
但健身車因為沒有慣性,騎起來和飛輪的感覺還是有點不同,
請教各位先進不知道這樣會不會有運動傷害?
我自己感覺膝蓋是還好,後大腿肌和臀肌有訓練到,
我記得我第一次騎飛輪,膝蓋下方蠻痛的,現在沒有這樣的現象

因為有上面的疑慮,我改玩滑步機,
其實基本動作和飛輪站姿很像,
(國外飛輪教練說:想像腳後跟往9點方向拉,腳尖向3點方向踢,膝蓋抬起使動作連續)
但玩了二次,腳底板大概15分鐘後開始會麻,
好像很多板友都有這個現象,但是我用健身車站姿不會有腳底板麻掉的感覺,
請問一下要如何改善?謝謝
