滑輪下拉,寬握肩膀痛 - 健身

小弟新手嫩嫩,平常在做滑輪下拉都是在用比肩膀稍寬的握距進行,
健身房的巨巨今天指導,握越寬吃到背的肌肉越多,
但是開始拉之後,槓下到底時,左邊肩膀就會出現異音"咖"的一聲,
右邊肩膀就還算正常,做了幾組後也感覺到有點不適,
是因為肩膀活動度不夠,問了巨巨只得到一個肩膀活動度不足的答案..
所以這樣我只能練窄握嗎?
還是因為寬握後,有動作改變要注意的~
再麻煩版上各位巨巨賜教,3Q
