漸進式如何有效增加總重 - 健身

我想請教一個關於漸進式提升總重量的問題
下表是我目前訓練菜單,採用推拉腿的安排,目前在思考之後如果要漸進式提升總重的話,要怎麼增加重量比較好

課表上使用槓片的器材,我是直接以單邊槓片重計算,前兩套輕重量都是熱身組,一次三組
舉例來說,我臥推目前前兩組熱身,正式組單邊15公斤,這樣總共15+15+20=50公斤,做10下,總重量是500公斤
剛開始我是一組8下而已,後來慢慢變9下,現在10下,之後打算增加重量,回到8下,但是這樣我提升到20+20+20=60公斤,8下也才480公斤,比我原先還要少
再上去25+25+20=80公斤,我推兩三下就快緊繃,沒辦法撐到8下
除了臥推以外,其他也是同樣情況,啞鈴上胸,目前16*10=總重160公斤,再上去要20*8才有160公斤,但我20公斤應該是推不到8下(還沒試過)
請問各位前輩,我是不是有什麼地方誤會了,目前剛練半年,剛開始都亂練,上個月開始排課表,另外我附上這一個月測量的inbody,早上起床空腹、洩洪完直接去量
