各位好 小弟想請問一些飲食的問題
最近小弟因爲工作量大食慾變的超大 比如說吃完晚餐後又吃4顆麵包或一個滷雞腿便當外又加了煎蛋、煎豆腐兩塊、煎魚兩塊之類的
小弟每天都跑半馬長度,熱量消耗在1K卡左右。
小弟不想去太壓抑食慾怕之後會爆發感覺對身體更不好,所以小弟想問糖類(甜點、蛋糕 )澱粉(麵包、麵食)油脂(炸物、肉類脂肪)這三類如果真的想攝取的話應該選哪一個對身體健康影響比較不會太大呢?(當然這只是過
