從農曆除夕一早我就許願要運動減肥
所以從除夕當天早上開始到現在
扣除星期五,,六日和假日(玩樂日)
我都會運動一小時左右
起先是跑跑步機,但是跑了一個多月發現小腿都會痛
又迷上健身房的有氧交叉機
接著又報名健身社團,接受教練的指導
明明我都有運動的習慣
結果最近卻被說變胖了
身高158,體重在49-51之間來來回回
今天看到電視在介紹豆漿減肥法
我想配合著運動一起實施
希望達成目標45KG
也想請問各位減肥同好,給我一點建議
我是不是運動把自己搞壯了呢?
