我159公分,
實施減重2個月
我的體脂肪從25%降到21%
但體重從54降到50公斤後就很難再降下去了 (我目標46公斤)
是碰到撞牆期了嗎??
目前每日控制熱量攝取約1000大卡
每週慢跑3次以上, 每次3公里
每週上兩次皮拉提斯課
有空也會練習重訓
還有什麼可以加強的地方嗎?
